About Us

Norfolk County Council's Environment and Waste Group develop and manage Norfolk's public rights of way, many promoted routes, and other countryside or woodland access sites.
The aim is to ensure all paths are in good condition, and to sustain the relationship which has been built between all countryside interests.
The group will always try to consider the interests of conservation, farming, other land use, and recreation in an equal and fair manner.
If you wish to know more please contact one of the team mentioned below, who will be pleased to talk with you about all aspects of Countryside Access.
