Newsroom
The Countryside Access Team is continuously seeking to make the most of opportunities to improve the network and develop new access facilities. Events and activities are also frequently organised or promoted, often through local groups and may involve anything from a cycle ride for charity to a Walk for Health run through a doctors surgery.

This work may be on a small scale such as a volunteer group working to clear a path during a weekend, or the construction of a boardwalk or surfaced path, or the waymarking of a new trail. Other projects are longer-term, and involve partnership contributions to bring them to fruition.

Take a look below to find out the latest information about what's going on across the County.
